How to register for Patient Access
Patient Access is a great online service which allows you to order repeat prescriptions, view your medical records and send secure messages to the practice. The services is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.
Step 1. Read this information leaflet.
Step 2. Email us a copy (scanned or photograph) of a form of photographic identification and let us know you would like to sign up for online access - you can email us here
Step 3. We will send you a registration letter with the information you need to link to the practice. You will need to first create an account with Patient Access. Once you have done this, the registration letter we send to you will provide the information you need to link with the practice. Once you have linked with us, you can begin ordering your repeat prescriptions and viewing parts of your medical record. *Please note that we have temporarily suspended the online booking system due to COVID-19. You will need to telephone the practice in order to book on 01179731201 or consider completing an eConsult
Please note: if you would like to view your medical record online, you will need to complete a form for this request. Please click on 'Viewing your medical record' in the left hand menu for more information and to download the form.
Register from home and link to the practice later
You can also register for this service online without visiting your practice by clicking here. This method creates a basic account and you can then later link to the practice after we have seen some photographic identification. Please do not come to the practice with your identification, but email a photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org. Step 1: Enter your post code and click Search.
Step 2: Select your practice and click Continue.
Step 3: Click No to having a registration letter and then click Continue.
Step 3: Enter your personal details and click Continue to complete the registration process.
A the end of the registration, please remember to write down your User ID as you will need this to access your Patient Access account.
Remember: once you've registered online, we will need to see identification so that we can give you full access to your account. You will also need to read our information leaflet.
