Changes to How We Communicate Test Results
All patients are now encouraged to access their results via NHS online services such as the NHS app.
We will no longer be contacting patients routinely for normal results.
Please check your online account for the result at least one week after the test. You will also be able to view any comments your doctor may have left when reviewing the result.
If the result is abnormal or we need to communicate anything in relation to the result, we will contact you as usual.
For FAQs and further support on how to get setup, please see our NHS app page.
