Ordering a repeat prescription
Please note we are unable to accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.
Prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org (including name, date of birth and medication being requested).
- Register with Patient Access or the NHS App to order through your online account. Please see the relevant sections in our Online Services section for more information.
Please allow 5-7 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. This is a bit longer than usual due to the current pandemic. If you have any problems please telephone the surgery.
Please navigate the menu on the left hand side for more information on prescription fees, the electronic prescription service and medicines.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
