Access to Records including Proxy Access

< Back to policies & procedures

You can use the NHS App or log in through the NHS website to access your GP health record. This is a record of your personal health information. It may include details about your health conditions and treatments you've had.

There are a few different visibility levels available for patients to view their medical records online. We have tried to simplify this by breaking it down below.

Visit the NHS website for more information about viewing your GP health record

Sign up for online access

In order to view your medical information online you must first sign up for an online access account and verify your identity using services such as the NHS App.
